Went out with Mao today..
Chat with her and spit all my problems out..

Felt so relieved!
Been having insomnia these few days..
Hope tonight I'll have a better sleep..

I felt glad, "no regrets" she said, and I agreed...

This post makes me hungry again, 3 in the morning!!

"Refer ENT lah"

It was like my whole life I was having runny-nose..
I could remember from as far back as my secondary school..
I was having quite a bad flu-like symptoms..
Runny-nose, sneezing, itchiness...

And so yesterday i had another bad attack!
It was so bad I was like having my nose blown every 3-5 minutes!
It's like my nose is giving an IV infusion..

Anyway it was so bad that I turn down some big dressing from my CI..
Then she ordered me to consult the MO and adviced me to refer the consultant..

As I always wanted, I was refered to the ENT Surgeon, Dr. Gopalan, what a friendly guy he is.
After some interviewing and a nasal scope, I was diagnosed with Allergic Rhinitis..
I was having quite a sensitive nose..

Then he said "you should not take ice" *OMG*
"Dont try some funny funny food, spicy food like Tom Yam"
It was like lightning striking above me...!
NO ICE & SPICY FOOD?? Ever??!!

So he gave me some medication to try first..

Day off

Finally get to have a good rest..
The days of examination are over for the sem!

Now I can focus more on where to hang!

Twice of a quaking experience!

I was having an enjoyable moment at 1st Avenue when the building started to shake!
OMG!!

Earlier on, went there with some buddies for karaoke..
Prior to that, I went for a movie - Wrath of the Titans - with Simon Tee..
That ended well..
Then we join the others in RedBox for some singing session..

We sang quite a few songs..
Some of Adele's, Bruno Mars', Nicholas Teo's..

Then when halfway singing Skyscraper, I tilt my head backwards..
This is when I felt funny, as if I had a sudden dizziness..
But when I sit up, I felt shakiness..

I was seating as well as others, and we can feel ourselves and seats moving..
Swinging! Side to side! Then I decided to check outside to see what's happening..
And everyone was like running for their lives, and that's when I decide to call the others to leave..

And true enough, everyone fled as if there were no tomorrow..
The RedBox counter shut it's metal rail immediately and announced to leave..

We all head to the nearest escape staircase and ran down from 8th floor to ground floor..
Then we all reunite and head home..

At home, around 6.45pm, after settling down, another quake is felt!
So, we head down for as for safety..
Haha, anyway, nothing happened...

Cheng Beng the 2nd

Went back to Lunas with my family for another episode of Cheng Beng a.k.a. Tomb Sweeping Festival..
It really was like a festival, I mean a celebration or something coz, people were lighting fireworks, children playing, enjoying food as if picnic.. Haha..
Well the main purpose is just to sweep the tomb, why so rigid, right?

Anyway this time I visited 4 tombs, all of the same family and in the same cemetery..
It was more like a family gathering session..

Rushing to enjoy

So, I did went to Prangin yesterday with Chai Yee & JoErn..
But both of them went for a movie while I went for a massage..

Yesterday was a rush one coz my mom wants me to be back by 6+ or 7pm..
We're gonna head back to Kedah for another session of Cheng Beng..

Anyway, I surveyed a few massage centre for price and ended up in one..
I'd chosen a foot plus head massage..
Their massaging skill is quite different than those in QB..

Not bad actually..

Warm water soak..

And the head massage is great..

Really relieves the tension from the scalp to the shoulder..!
Gonna visit that shop again..

Next I rushed to Popular to spend my final RM50 voucher..
Bought a mooncake cookbook and some stationaries..

Not much things to buy anyway..

Got my name carved!

Then I head back home real quickly..
