Best Malaysian Movie - Nasi Lemak 2.0

Watched Nasi Lemak 2.0 about a month ago and it was the best Malaysian movie ever!
It's so Malaysian, it should win an award!!The movie was directed by Namewee, a guy which I initially hated because he rewrite the national anthem into a pop song..
But later on, I saw his spirit of patriotism through his other work and started to admire his bold actions and productions..
And this is the best yet!

"In this movie he acted as a chef who represent a lady in a fight to regain the power over a restaurant. In the end he lost. He is a very 'Chinese' person and when he tasted the nasi lemak that was made by his enemy, he was shock to found out that it was very delicious.

He then went on the journey in search of how to make a delicious nasi lemak. Eventually, he realised that, a delicious nasi lemak is like the unity of the nation.. He finally saw what living in Malaysia and being a Malaysian is all about."

Why is this the best Malaysian movie?
1) The actors and actress:
Namewee, Adibah Noor, Karen Kong, Afdlin Shauki, Dato’ David Arumugam, Reshmonu, Kenny & Chee, Nadine Ann Thomas, Nur Fathia, Dennis Lau, Dian Sharlin, Pete Teo, Ho Yuhang, Felixia Yeap
2) It features a Malaysian inside joke which all Malaysians will understand and laugh at!
3) Extremely hilarious! I laugh almost every 5 minutes!
4) Malaysian languages although mainly in Chinese, includes Chinese dialects, Malay, Manglish, Tamil
5) When the movie ended, during the credits scene, lights are on, NO ONE LEAVE.. They stay until the screen went blank! This is the first movie I watched that has this reaction....

Passion towards Photography

I had been taking photography into my hobby recently, which includes editing photos..
I dont have a DSLR camera or Adobe Photoshop, but I like taking pictures!

Though, I dont have good quality pictures..
I started taking pics 'artisticly' during CNY (read here), whereby I took & upload pics related to CNY everyday for 15 days..

Yein's Snapshot has been my edited pics' Trademark/watermark since I went for a trip gathering (read here), as snapshot means, an amateur photograph..

I'm still using my BenQ DC C740i, and is editing with Paint & 美图秀秀..
Not bad for an amature..

Here are some of the newly enhanced & edited pics that I took during my telematch with Gr.44 in my college..

See you guys soon!!!

I'm back again!

Hey ya guys!
It's been almost 2 months!

Sorry for all the silent moments..
Been really busy and lazy plus slow internet connection..

So, what's up guys & gals??
It's been quite a busy these past few weeks..

I don't even have time to write my Merdeka review..
Haha..

Anyway, since I'm back on track, I'm gonna post some happening days for the past few weeks..
See ya really soon!!

Y-Group's Overnight Gathering - Day 2

The day started with an annoying voice..
The person keep talking to herself...
Talk & Talk & Talk...
Finally, when I opened my eyes, it was PC... ~OMG~

Anyway we all went for breakfast afterwards and to a temple nearby..

Then to Tesco for a walk..
To my surprise, the layout there is the same with the one in Penang..
I felt at home all the sudden.. Good!!

Due to the early 'rise & shine', we all felt tired & went back for a nap..

Then it's lunch time!!

Then we went to a bakery to buy us some food for the journey back..

Then we pack our stuffs & head home..
This time the credit is to Simon's aunt for the ride..
We then waited for Joanne in Marrybrown restaurant..
And got on a double-decker bus!
And so the end of the gathering..

. . . . . . . . . .

The whole journey here has been a great experience for me..
It's really my first time on an overnight gathering with my friends (exceptional to camp)..

And every time we got on the car, there wasn't a moment of silence!
The atmosphere will be filled with words & laughter..
